GL-AH36 steel plate, LR EH36 steel is a kind of steel for shipbuilding and platform. Shipbuilding steel plate GL-AH36 is the high tensile strength steel.

GL-AH36 steels come 4 grades in ordinary-strength steel for shipbuilding and grade A is the lowest one of them.

The GL grade A steel plates have yield strength of 34,100 psi (235 MPa), and ultimate tensile strength of 58,000 - 75,500 psi (400-520 MPa).
